Announcement: Call for Applications for Geoengineering Summer School Released

Thursday 26th April to Friday 1st June 2012

The Oxford Geoengineering Programme, alongside partner institutions Harvard University and Heidelberg University, are organizing the 3rd Annual Transdisciplinary Summer School on Climate Engineering which will be held at Queen’s College, Oxford on August 19th-25th 2012.

The call for applications has been released and is open to any early career researchers in the field of geoengineering.  Information about the school including the call for applications and the application form are available here

Applicants must submit a completed application form by email to geoengineering [at] oxfordmartin [dot] ox [dot] ac [dot] uk by June 1st.

Participants will be asked to cover their own travel costs and to contribute a £300 participation fee.  A limited number of scholarships will be made available to participants who otherwise would not be able to attend.  Financial need should be indicated in the appropriate box on the application form in such circumstances.
